J.Belser Scholarship Fund

The J.Belser Scholarship Fund is a special fund that will go towards tuition costs for our Roses.  The recipient(s) must be a student at a college or university in South Carolina.  Students can be enrolled at a technical college, 4-year university, and/or attending school virtually.   

The J.Belser Scholarship is named after the founder's mother, Yvonne Jones.  As a mother, Yvonne understands the sacrifices it takes to support a child in college and she wants to help other girls along the way
